LESS GUESSWORK. MORE VISIBILITY.

A simple check-in.
A better picture.

We’re building a practical monitoring service for owners who include utilities in rent. Starting with water, with electricity to follow.

Know when to look closer

Planned comparisons and updates will help flag unusual usage so you can follow up at the property.

Planned updates

Scheduled reviews, not live monitoring. Changes between readings may only become visible at the next review.

STARTED WITH A CLEARWATER RENTAL

A $297 water bill.
Then a very expensive leak.

At one Clearwater house, the usual water bill was $297. A leak pushed one bill over $1,500. A second leak led to a $700 bill.

When utilities are included in the rent, those surprises land on the owner. Water Tracker started with a simple idea: give landlords a clearer view of what their properties are using.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Clear expectations,
from the start.

What can I use today?

Create an account, add properties, and enter water usage and bill costs manually. Each property has a history, a monthly usage chart, and a CSV export.

Will this detect a leak immediately?

No. The planned service uses manual reviews once or twice a month. It won’t detect changes in real time, and an unusual bill or reading needs investigation to determine the cause.

What about electricity and payments?

Electricity tracking, paid service plans, and notifications are planned. The current app records water usage only and does not collect payments.

Who can see my property records?

Your dashboard shows the properties associated with your account. Other customers cannot access your addresses or usage entries.
